How many offers can I create?

The number of offers you can create varies depending on how your offers are currently set up. Currently, our app supports creating approximately 90 to 250 unique offers.

This range is based on limitations set by Shopify. Our app leverages Shopify Discounts, which allow up to 25 automatic discount codes per store. Using our optimization, you can have up to around 10 offers per discount code, which would mean you can create a maximum amount of about 90 to 250 offers.

There's no need to manually create any discount codes — our app handles everything automatically for you

• It's best managing everything that's related to the offers you create, within our app and not the discounts section of Shopify's settings. As disabling a “Koala Upsells & Gifts...” discount, could disable multiple offers in the app.

Can't Activate Your Offer?

If you have reached the 25-code limit for Shopify's automatic discounts and are unable to activate a new offer, here are some steps you can try to resolve this.

1. Disabling discount codes

• If there are some discount codes you no longer need active or would prefer to use this code for offers in our app — you can deactivate them in your Shopify Discount settings.

2. Offer adjustment

If you:

• Have at least one Koala Upsells & Gifts discount code active,
• Have active offers set up in our app, and
• Have reached Shopify’s limit of 25 automatic discount codes, and are unable to deactivate any of your existing codes (for example, because you’d like to keep all current ones active),

Then we recommend following the steps outlined in the article below to learn how to increase the number of offers you can have active at the same time.
