I didn't receive the free gift
There could be several reasons as to why the free gift does not get added to cart.
Here are some common situations and ways to fix them:
Product is out of stock.

- Editing stock individually.
- You may adjust your gift's stock by going to Products > [Gift Product].
- Once you're in the product's settings, you may choose to either edit the stock quantities one by one and then changing it in the Shop location section of "Inventory".


- Bulk editing stock quantity.
- Select all variants and then click "Bulk edit".

- Bulk edit page.
- On the Bulk edit page, you may select all variants by holding your shift key, clicking the top and later the last variant to highlight all variants.
- Once you have the variants highlighted, you would need to double click the last variants (all while holding down the highlight key) and the "Stock at this location" window should appear.
- Select the checkbox and enter the quantity of your preference.

Dynamic checking out, such as Shop with pay or Buy now button.



No add to cart button on the gift product page.

- Sales channels.
- Go to Online Store.
- Click Customize.
- Default product template / Product information template > '+' icon Add block > Add Buy button > Save change.


Product is not listed in any sales channels.

- If you can't access the gift's product page, then the product is most likely not included in the Online Store or any sales channels at all.
- To change this, you would need to go to Shopify Products and click on the product to go to its settings.
- Once you're here, click on the 3 dots (highlighted in the screenshot below), click 'Manage sales channels' and select 'Online Store'.
