I don't want to show the gift to appear on my store. How do I hide it from my customers?

Here are some ways to hide the gift product from customers on your store.

It's important to note, that our app mainly focuses on the reward items which are visible on online store and can be purchased.

However, there are a few ways to approach hiding gift item from store, but the steps may take some time to set up, and could also involve coding.

This being said, it depends whether or not you're willing and able to implement the solutions suggested by Shopify Experts.

Adding gift product to a collection & hiding collection.

Please also note that the gift product price should not be set to 0 at any times. It must have a price greater than 0 — the Koala Gifts app will automatically apply a 100% off discount whenever the customer is eligible to receive the reward from the offer. If the gift's price is set to 0 and it’s published to Shopify's storefront, there are multiple ways it can be purchased without any restrictions.
