What if I want to change or cancel my plan?

Our plans are tied to your Shopify plan. If you change your Shopify plan, you'll need to update your plan in our app accordingly. Downgrades are prorated, but cancellations are not.


However, if you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, simply uninstall the app or reach out to our support team for assistance if you're having any issues. This will remove your plan, and the billing cycle will not renew after the current period ends.


Please note: If your billing cycle has already started, pausing the subscription will not remove the corresponding charge from your Shopify bill.
