Why did my customer receive all free gifts?
If your customer can receive all free gifts, check if your offer settings match those below and follow the steps to adjust your offer.
Reward behavior
- Check if you have 'Automatically add products to cart' selected.

- If you do, select 'Give customers a choice of products to add'.

Offer exposure
- Scroll down to the Offer exposure section and click 'Edit' for Reward picker popup.

- Unselect 'Allow multiple selections'.

Now, your customers can select 1 gift from a list of products to choose from.
