Why does the gift change from free to full price?

There could be a list of reasons as to why the free gift goes from Free to Paid.

Usually, this happens because a different discount code has been applied to the order and the free gift's price changes at the checkout page.

It's possible to however have these discounts work together. One way would be to have the secondary discount code set to combine with other product discount codes.

Combination settings

1. Discounts

• Go to Shopify Discounts and go to the discount's settings.

2. Combinations

• Scroll down to the Combinations section and select 'Product discounts'.
