Our plans are tied to your Shopify plan. If you change your Shopify plan, you'll need to update your plan in our app accordingly. Downgrades are prorated, but cancellations are not. However, if you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, simply uninstall the app or reach out to our support team for assistance if you're having any issues.
